We will stand by our products all the time, and we are offering a peace of mind Return Policy. If you receive broken or damaged items, you need to let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. Gather Stock reserves the right to reform our return policy at any time.

RMA Processing Time

Once we receive the package, we will inspect them and give you a result within 2 business days after we received the package. Please login to your account to view the results of your returns. As a matter of fact, we will send you an email once your report is finalized and we apply the credit to your account.

Restocking Fees

For products that are brand-new and in resalable condition, we do not charge any restocking costs. Please send them back during the warranty term. Products that are no longer carried cannot be returned for a credit. You might not be able to return an item if the original purchase date was more than 60 days ago and/or the item is no longer available. There will be a 10% restocking fee if the packaging is damaged.

Rejected Items

Rejected items (Cracked screen, Technician Damages, item does not belong to our company) will be kept in our warehouse for 15 days. You can ask us to send these items for us to send back to you and we can ship them with your next order. Otherwise, these items will be sent for recycling.
